Tři týdny jsem putoval po drsných a divokých březích Nového Zélandu a hledal sérii emotivních snímků majáků. Dorazil jsem na toto místo za nádherného dne, s bezmračnou modrou oblohou táhnoucí se daleko za azurové vody. Arktické kopretiny v popředí vytvářejí ostrý kontrast k obrazu a zvolil jsem vertikální formát, abych zdůraznil strmý dojem z útesu . Dodnes slyším vydru mořskou, jak si hraje v chaluhách dole, a cítím jemný mořský vánek na kůži, když mě míjel na své cestě k pevnině. Tento klasický obraz ztělesňuje pocit klidu a odevzdání se majestátu dokonalé přírodní krajiny.
