Neustále hledám scény, které promlouvají k duši, kde se živly přírody setkávají v dokonalé harmonii. Staré dřevěné molo – letité a ošlehané – se táhlo přes temně modré vody klidného jezera. 

Obloha zrcadlila tmavě modré odstíny jezera a vytvářela plátno náladových modrých tónů nahoře i dole. Zatažená obloha, těžká mraky, slibovala dramatické pozadí. Dlouhá expozice byla ideální pro ztvárnění vodní hladiny jako hladkého, odrazivého prostoru, který krásně kontrastoval s drsným, strukturovaným molem. Pohyb mraků vytvářel dynamickou souhru světla a stínu způsobem, který působil téměř nadpozemsky.

Tento snímek je směsí pohybu a nehybnosti, času a nadčasovosti – poctou klidným a často přehlíženým divům, které leží v srdci našeho krásného světa.
