Weeks spent in the heartland of Saskatchewan during harvest season gave me a deep connection to the prairie landscape. Across the wide-open fields stood weathered barns, once vital for storing wheat, now abandoned and surrendered to the elements. I wanted to capture both their presence and the simplicity of the land around them. Using my Noblex camera, I emphasized the furrows leading toward the barns and the subtle curve of the horizon — a striking reminder of nature’s power and time’s passage.
