Beached Heart

Miami, Florida
I searched the Atlantic shores of Florida for a special mood to capture. A stunning sunset rolled across the coast and provided me with fantastic low lighting. I shot a series of exposures over a second to create a pastel feel in the image. I shot frame after frame as the light peaked for a few minutes—it felt like just seconds. This frame captured the lot as the wave pattern formed a heart around the shell and I opened the shutter.
