Au milieu de mon existence nomade, j'attends avec impatience les moments où je peux m'échapper vers les environs apaisants de l'ancienne forêt tropicale. J'avais l'impression d'avoir franchi un seuil depuis le monde extérieur, à travers une porte invisible, pour entrer dans ce lieu magique. Les odeurs et les sons de la forêt ont éveillé mes sens, et un doux manteau de tranquillité a jeté son sort. Alors que je photographiais cette scène, je me sentais comme un intrus dans cette terre paisible, et le bruit de mon obturateur résonnait dans le matin brumeux. C'est l'une de mes images de forêt tropicale les plus mémorables - une symétrie parfaite des éléments de la nature.
