Smoky Mountains is a large park and I spent ten full days researching locations. I traveled off the beaten path from Cades Cove to capture the true essence of this place. After a morning shower cleared, the fall colors popped and this classic farm setting really spoke to me. The authentic truck was my focal point; I ensured the classic fence enhanced the composition. Then I pressed the shutter.
