나파 밸리는 포도주 산지로 유명하며, 시골에는 고풍스러운 오래된 포도밭이 곳곳에 있습니다. 봄이 되면 겨자꽃이 피어나 선명한 노란 꽃이 풍경에 생기를 더합니다. 나파를 상징하는 완벽한 이미지를 포착하고 싶어서, 부드러운 빛으로 작업하기 쉬운 이른 아침을 선택했습니다. 풍경 사진을 촬영할 때 약간의 높이는 구도에 큰 도움이 되지만, 높은 지형이 없어서 제 밴 위에 올라가서 촬영해야 했습니다. 약간 높은 위치에서 바라보니 확실히 달라졌습니다. 겨자꽃의 수렴하는 선들이 시선을 빈티지 와이너리의 초점으로 자연스럽게 이끌고, 탑과 처마로 이루어진 독특한 지붕선이 흥미로운 스카이라인을 만들어냅니다.
The mustard fields were in full bloom when I visited, and those vivid yellow patches against the old vine rows made every stop along the back roads feel like a painting. Spring really is the perfect time to wander through the classic vineyards here.
The drive up Silverado Trail was pure spring—those yellow mustard blooms stretched between the vines like someone spilled paint. Caught it on a clear morning and the light made the whole valley glow. Worth every mile.
