수확철에 서스캐처원의 심장부에서 보낸 몇 주는 저에게 대초원 풍경과의 깊은 연결을 선사했습니다. 드넓은 들판 너머로는 비바람에 견디다 못해 낡은 헛간들이 서 있었는데, 한때는 밀을 저장하는 데 필수적이었지만 지금은 버려져 자연의 힘에 내맡겨져 있었습니다. 저는 그 존재감과 주변 땅의 단순함을 모두 포착하고 싶었습니다. Noblex 카메라를 사용하여 헛간으로 이어지는 고랑과 수평선의 은은한 곡선을 강조했습니다. 이는 자연의 힘과 시간의 흐름을 상기시키는 인상적인 증거입니다.
The golden light over those endless fields is captured so perfectly it's like standing right there in the middle of harvest. Every time I look at it, I feel that quiet, wide-open calm of Saskatchewan.
The weathered barns in this piece feel like they’ve absorbed decades of prairie sun, and the golden light on the fields is so true to harvest season it takes me right back. It’s the kind of art that makes you pause and just breathe for a minute.
