Jo lenger du blir der inne, desto flere ansikter og former dukker opp. Dette stedet er gjennomsyret av Navajo-indianernes legender, og jeg kunne virkelig føle deres åndelige nærvær.

I booked the sunset tour and honestly lost track of time standing among those stone faces in the cavern — the way the light caught their carved features felt almost alive. The sheer scale of the space made me feel tiny, but in the best way possible.
The flashlight barely reaches the far walls, which only makes the carved faces feel more alive as they emerge from the shadows. I kept stopping to listen, and the silence in there was so complete it almost hummed. That hike down was worth every step.
