科羅拉多州的水晶磨坊絕對不是最容易到達的地方，但絕對值得一遊。這座具代表性的歷史遺跡——一座建於1892年的前水力發電站——已成為該州最常被拍攝的景點之一，是真正的經典，只有少數幸運兒能近距離親眼目睹。其迷人的質樸木造結構彷彿來自美國邊疆時代，每次見到都讓我驚嘆不已。整個上午前往磨坊的路途並非易事。即使我們有合適的卡車，那極度崎嶇的石頭路仍讓我們感覺像是行駛在一條廢棄的羊腸小徑上。幸好，當我們抵達目的地時，天空剛好開闊了些，讓一些美好的光線穿過雲層灑落。當河流奔流而過，我在對岸架起三腳架，盡可能地捕捉全景。透過長時間曝光，我得以為前景湍急的水流增添真實的紋理，與上方寧靜的氛圍相輔相成。這幅影像象徵著水晶鎮景觀的雙重特性——危險與自然之美的完美融合。
The drive up was rougher than I expected, but that first glimpse of the 1892 mill against the water made every bump worth it. The print captures the old stone and wooden structure so sharply you can almost hear the river.
Got my prints framed and the colors of the old mill and the rushing water just pop against the white mat. Even the rough, rocky trail to get there feels worth it when you see that 1892 structure in person. These photos capture the grit and history perfectly.
Got the 1892 water station in sharp detail even though I shot it from the far side of the river. The hike in left me winded, but the history here makes every step feel worth it.
