사진의 경계를 넓히는 것은 항상 저를 움직이게 합니다. 빛, 그림자, 형태, 시간, 기술만으로는 부족할 때가 있습니다. 아스펜 나무의 완전한 야생 속에서 맞이한 이 평온하고 고요한 저녁은 결코 잊을 수 없는 순간이었습니다. 보름달이 떠오르자, 형언할 수 없는 마법 같은 빛이 비쳤습니다. 저는 숨이 멎을 듯했습니다. 순수한 본능에 의지해 이 동화 같은 장면을 연속 촬영했지만, 더 할 수 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 카메라를 수동 슬로우 셔터로 설정하고 1/8초 노출 동안 카메라를 수직으로 움직였습니다. 이 자연스러운 추상이 제게 드러났고, 그 감정에 저는 감탄했습니다.
