딥사우스의 진정한 정신을 담을 수 있는 장소를 찾기 위해 며칠을 보냈습니다. 퐁텐블로를 발견했을 때 특별한 분위기를 느꼈습니다. 이 장엄한 떡갈나무 아래를 걸으며 이 장면을 조심스럽게 구도 잡았습니다. 늘어진 이끼와 나무 고사리가 이곳을 동화 속 세상으로 바꾸어 놓았습니다. 흐린 하늘은 제가 필요로 했던 부드러운 빛을 적절히 제공해 주었습니다.
The way the light filters through those 24 trees at Fontainebleau feels almost haunted in the best way, like the swamp is breathing right through the image. I've had it up on my wall for a week and I still catch myself staring at it during my coffee breaks.
The fog was so thick that first morning I almost missed the trees entirely, but that’s exactly what made the shot unforgettable. The way the light filters through those gnarled branches in Fontainebleau is pure magic, and the detail captures every bit of that haunting Louisiana atmosphere.
