Estou constantemente à procura de cenas que falam à alma, onde os elementos da natureza convergem em perfeita harmonia. O velho cais de madeira – envelhecido e gasto – estendia-se sobre as águas azuis profundas do lago tranquilo. 

O céu espelhava os tons azuis escuros do lago, criando uma tela de azuis melancólicos acima e abaixo. O céu nublado, carregado de nuvens, prometia ser um cenário dramático. Uma longa exposição foi perfeita para tornar a superfície da água num espelho liso e refletor, contrastando lindamente com o cais texturizado e robusto. O movimento das nuvens criou uma interação dinâmica de luz e sombra de uma forma que parecia quase sobrenatural.
