自然の中のシンプルさはとても力強いものです。私はメイン州アカディア国立公園で秋の紅葉を撮影していましたが、何か特別なものを求めていました。前日のハイキングで、浅い池に映る葦とユリの繊細な構図に気づきましたが、風が強くて撮影できませんでした。再びハイキングで戻ると、午後遅くの静けさがその光景を完全に変えていました。葦は完璧に映り込み、色とりどりのユリがその静かな瞬間に特別な要素を加えていました。その日の静けさは、私のシャッター音だけが破っていました。このイメージは、私たちの繊細で壊れやすい世界に対する私の感情を、シンプルな抽象表現で捉えたものです。
