The horizontal composition really draws you in—those glacial patterns look almost like brushstrokes from above. It’s been up on my wall for a week and I still catch myself staring at the layers of blue and white every time I walk by.
The helicopter perspective gives this piece so much depth—I keep noticing new swirls in the glacial water every time I pass by it. It’s wide enough that it feels like a window, and the colors shift beautifully depending on the light in the room.
The colors in this aerial shot of Skaftafell are unreal—the glacial melt looks almost abstract from that helicopter height. It’s already the centerpiece of my living room, and the panoramic width really pulls you in every time I walk past.
