The hand-placed aluminum sheets give it this raw, almost sculptural feel that photos don’t quite capture. I’ve found myself just staring at it from different angles, connecting with the quiet craftsmanship each time. It’s earned a permanent spot where I can see it daily.
I wasn't sure what to expect from a metal piece, but the hand-made quality really comes through in how each sheet of aluminum frames the whole thing. It's a bit heavier than I imagined, though that just adds to the sturdy, purposeful feel. Keeps drawing my eye every time I walk past it.
