歷經18個月的籌備，終於成就了一場令人難忘的日本攝影之旅。京都的嵐山竹林，是從一開始就夢想中的拍攝地點。連續數週不眠不休地拍攝，卻始終未能捕捉到理想畫面。耐心是關鍵，因為大量的觀光客加上大自然的多變，風勢讓竹子搖曳彎曲，使得拍攝幾乎無法完成。時間所剩無幾，僅剩最後一天，最後一夜成了捕捉日本聞名遐邇的真正禪意氛圍的唯一機會。夜幕降臨時，細雨開始飄落，讓竹子的色彩更加鮮明，將這片森林轉化為真正神奇的境地。
