この風景の自然の調和には、ただただ心を奪われました。ユタ州ディアバレーのアスペンに覆われた森をハイキングするのは、本当に大変でしたが、旅の終わりにはご褒美があると分かっていました。数日間、空は澄み切って厳しく、強い光のせいで白い幹をうまく撮影することはほぼ不可能でした。私にできるのは待つことだけでした。
5日目の朝、私は真っ暗な中を懐中電灯だけを頼りにハイキングに出ました。このイメージを撮るために、一日の光の一瞬一瞬を欲しかったのです。夜明けが木々の間を抜けると、柔らかな霧が森全体に広がり、その光景は純粋な魔法へと変わりました。小さな高台にカメラを設置し、6枚のフレームを撮影し、このビジョンの隅々まで捉えました。静けさ、森の香り、色と静けさのバランス——すべてが完璧で儚い一瞬に凝縮されました。
The light filtering through those aspens feels almost three-dimensional, like I can step right into the trail. It’s the perfect reminder of that exhausting climb paying off with silence and golden leaves.
The aspen groves are captured with such crisp detail that I almost felt the mountain breeze while unpacking it. My legs are sore just remembering that hike, but this piece makes the struggle worth every step.
I’ve stared at a lot of landscapes, but the way those aspen trunks catch the late-afternoon light here is something else—it’s like the whole forest is glowing. Even the sweat from the climb felt worth it once I stopped to just listen to the leaves tremble.
