자연의 추상은 모호하고, 감성적이며, 강력합니다! 적을수록 더 많은 것을 보고 삶에 대한 해석을 열 수 있습니다. 저는 12월 중순 기록적인 폭우가 내리는 동안 자이언에서 일주일을 보냈습니다. 비가 너무 많이 내려 결국 공원이 폐쇄되었습니다. 일주일 내내 비가 계속 내렸고 수백 개의 폭포가 인상적인 색색의 절벽을 따라 쏟아져 내렸습니다. 저는 공원을 하이킹하며 가능한 한 많이 담았습니다. 쏟아지는 비 속에서 촬영하는 것은 어려웠고, 흐릿한 물방울이 노출을 통해 뿌연 패턴을 만들어 많은 사진을 망쳤습니다. 마침내 잠시 비가 그쳐 작지만 정교한 폭포에 집중했습니다. 긴 노출은 황토색 바위 위에 접힌 비단처럼 보입니다. 자연의 단순함과 힘. 저는 그것을 사랑합니다.
